Money First Ent. was launched in 2005 by C.E.O. and artist Mike Berry as a breath of fresh air into the San Diego Hip Hop Scene. Taking a page from other labels who came before him as well as combining other media elements such as video production, artist production, marketing and fashion Money First quickly established their self’s as a one stop shop for Artist development. As the label grew other San Diego artists such as Dre.Trav, Yung Fresh, and James Wilson were added to the roster and in the span of the last five years they have established the Money First brand as a profitable movement in the San Diego area.
With a ever-growing fan base and industry interest in the movement they have created; Money First has added to their already very strong online presence with the launch of Itsmoneyfirst.com The website acts as a home to all of Money First’s artists as well as will provide exclusive content to fans including; videos, mix tapes, and behind the scenes photo shoots at money first events. Itsmoneyfirst.com is the premier portal for connecting with all of Money First’s artists as well as keeping up to date on what the company is doing as a whole.
